Shipping
You have the possibility to pick at my studio on Ackerstrasse In Wedding free of charge. Select ‘Studio pick-up’ at the checkout and we can organise a pick up time.
Otherwise all parcels are sent from Germany via DHL and include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once the order has shipped. Your order will be dispatched within 5 working days, unless otherwise notified
I ship to most countries within Europe, fees are estimated by weight at the checkout.
Shipping to the United States and Canada is a flat fee.
If you live outside of these areas please contact me first for shipping fees.
Shipping costs at checkout are estimated and in rare cases may be subject to change after checkout. Any change in shipping costs after checkout will be sent to you for approval before the transaction is completed.
Important note, import taxes/customs may apply for countries that are not part of the economic zone of the European Union. Each country can have its own customs rate so please check on the website of the ministry of finance of the country you reside in to check if you may be subjected to customs clearance fees upon arrival.
Returns & damages
I will gladly refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. Should you find your item damaged upon arrival, please remember to take a photo showing how it was delivered including packaging and broken pieces within 4 days of the delivery.
If you are not happy with your item, you may return your undamaged and unused purchase within 14 days (the date indicated by the carrier) in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item.
